The 10-story new condo building at 323 Park Avenue South (corner of 24th street) is deep into construction. It’s a Tessler Development designed by Gwathmey Siegel and Associate Architects. It will feature 16 half floor units of approximately 1350 square feet and one full floor unit of approximately 3100 square feet. The interiors look like they will be very nice, with wide plank heated wood floors, marble bath, and lots of light from the mostly-glass exterior walls. The half-floor units ask $2.05mm-$2.3mm and the penthouse is asking $7.250mm. Keller Williams is handling the sales. (See flooplans, see residences)
The location is prime just a block from Madison Square Park amidst the conveniences of restaurants and services on Park Avenue South. The units have been on the market and word is most have sold or are in contract, but there are some listings available. Lots more info at http://323pas.com/.
