The New York Times explores a new entrepreneurial educational center and work space in the Flatiron called General Assembly (902 Broadway between 22nd and 23rd street). New and seasoned entrepreneurs can take classes on subjects like Law for Entrepreneurs, attend lectures, or even get a workspace from the location. The business got a $200,000 grant from the New York City Economic Development Corporation according to the New York Times.

We wanted to make sure it was accessible to anyone in New York that was interested in technology and design,” said Adam Pritzker, one of the 4 founders.

The space will even have a cafeteria with fresh coffee from San Francisco’s Blue Bottle.
