Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Post storm

Closest evacuation center, just in case

For neighborhood readers, it seems that most of us won’t be part of an evacuation according to the Zone A/B/C map.

Stay safe!

Real-time update, flashlights sold out at Home Depot on 23rd Street

[Real-time update 12 noon Friday] Home Depot is out of all flashlights and at least half of their batteries. (See photo right for flashlight wall at Home Depot at 12 noon).

If anyone knows another place in the neighborhood to get flashlights, write info@MadParkNews.com and I will post it for everyone (Or comment on this post).

Get your water, food, and charge everything just in case. Better to be prepared.

And read our earlier post with key links to resources related to the hurricane (If anyone has other useful links, send them in or comment and I will post them).
