  • 4 W 21 (4 West 21st Street): Just south of Madison Square Park and the Flatiron building, 4W 21 was developed in 2006 and features modern condop units in the heart of the Flatiron.

  • Grand Madison (225 5th Avenue at 26th Street): Over 190 luxury condo units in a full service historical building on the north side of Madison Square Park. Originally built in 1906, the building has served as a hotel and as commercial space, most recently known as the Gift Building for its role as a hub in the gift wholesaling trade. In 2006 the commercial building’s interior was gutted and restored into luxury condos, featuring a grand lobby, high ceilings, and sweeping views of Madison Square Park.
  • Madison Green (5 east 22nd street at 23rd street): Built in the early 1980’s on the southwest corner of Madison Square Park, this residential condo building has over 400 units on 31 floors.

  • 141 5th Avenue (141 5th avenue street at 21st street): Immediately recognizable for its cupola overlooking Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron, this newly converted residential condo building has 38 units.

  • One Madison Park (23 East 22nd street): One of the most ambitious new condo development projects in Manhattan, One Madison Park has commanded huge premiums for its 70 luxury condo units. The 60 floor building adds new complexity to the Madison Square park area, sitting among historic architecture such as the Flatiron Building, the Metlife clock tower, and the Gift and Toy buildings.
