We know many of your new year’s resolutions include goals to get in better shape and reduce stress. So we have put together a list of gyms, yoga studios and meditation centers right here in the Flatiron, Madison Square Park, and NOMAD neighborhoods. Prices are approximate and reflect what we found at time of publication and could change at any time so call the club.

Meditation and Yoga

  • Art of Living (286 Fifth Ave, 5th Floor): Drop in and recharge with Free Introductory Meditation Workshops Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30.   • Shambhala Meditation Center (118 West 22nd Street, 6th Floor): Programs and classes in Buddhist teachings, meditation and other contemplative disciplines are offered as well as individual meditation instruction. Boxing and martial arts
