If you have (or know) an imaginative 8-11 year old who could be a future screenwriter, novelist, or just wants to spend more time on creative writing, there are spots open for private tutoring with Andrea Scully from Pencil Heads, as well as an upcoming 1-day group creative writing workshop for kids.

Andrea has written several episodes of the PBS show Super Why, an episode of the upcoming PBS show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, and sold a screenplay to Walt Disney Studios. (And the Pencil Head kids even got to write lunch reviews for the New York Post last year!)

  • Private Tutoring: She is offering a 20% discount to MadParkNews readers on private tutoring (must register this month). Email thepencilheads@pencilheads.com and mention “MadParkNews” for 20% off tutoring.
