(4 more days of Madison Square Eats!) Another one of the food stands at Madison Square Eats, Asia Dog, has re-invented the hot dog by adding various Asian toppings to beef, chicken, and veggie hot dogs. They also have an organic beef dog.

Toppings range from bahn mi style, sweet & spicy ketchup, Chinese bbq pork belly, kimchi, Thai mango and more. Here is the full Asia Dog menu. You can see the creativity in the photo here.

While the hot dogs taste to be a higher quality than your typical dog, you get an Asia Dog for the unique toppings. Bright flavors, sometimes sweet, pickled or savory, all with veggies prepared in the signature ways of Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese cuisine.

Asia Dog is at the Madison Square Eats food market until Friday, but also has one permanent location at 66 Kenmare Street in Nolita, and popups all over the city for various events (Brooklyn Flea, Central Park summerstage, etc).

Track them at http://asiadognyc.com/#/where.

Madison Square Eats is hosted by the Madison Square Park Conservancy and serves food daily from 11am-9pm until October 21st in the Worth Square area just west of Madison Square Park (@ 24th and 5th Avenue).

Here are the Madison Square Eats Menus from almost every stand!
