A reader reports that Ben and Jack’s Steak House (255 5th Avenue, between 28th and 29th street) has added several white table-cloth tables of outside seating.
A perfect spot for their happy hour featuring a glass of wine (6.50), beer (from $4.95) and cocktails ($7.50), martini ($8.50). Daily from 4-7pm.
