Sean Josephs, who owns Char No 4 in Brooklyn, opened up Maysville last week at 17 West 26th Street (between Broadway and 6th Ave) just northwest of Madison Square Park. The restaurant features New American fare with quite a bit of seafood on the menu, as well as seasonal dishes.

They also have a nice selection of bourbon cocktails, a diverse beer list, and wines by the glass.

At the helm in the kitchen is Chef Kyle Knall, the former sous-chef at Gramercy Tavern. You can check out theĀ Maysville Menu below:
