According to Eater, Millesime opened last night at the Carlton Hotel (88 Madison Avenue) in the space previously inhabited by Country.

In their own words, Millesime is a “seafood brasserie with a menu that will include 2 Michelin Star Chef Owner, Laurent Manrique’s signature dishes such as Lobster Pot au Feu, in addition to classically prepared seafood dishes including a selection of moules and fish served either grilled or a la plancha.”
