East Village (and midtown) favorite momofuku milk bar is back again with one of the stands at Madison Square Eats, offering its desserts as the perfect sweet afternoon snack to give you that energy to get you through the end of the work day.

Their expertise is creative takes on cookies and of course their crack pie. We grabbed a Compost Cookie (photo here), which contains chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, graham crumbs, pretzels, potato chips, and coffee grounds, among other core cookie ingredients. It will definitely take care of any sugar (and salt) craving you may have. It’s awesome. They also have the corn flake cookies, corn cookie, and a few others.

We have not tried the Crack Pie, but it is described asAn oatmeal cookie crust and a sweet, gooey, butterscotch-y filling combine to create a delicious bubbling mess of salty-sweet goodness.” Here is the momofuku crack pie recipe for those who want to make it at home.

Madison Square Eats is hosted by the Madison Square Park Conservancy and serves food daily from 11am-9pm until October 21st in the Worth Square area just west of Madison Square Park (@ 24th and 5th Avenue).

Here are the Madison Square Eats Menus from almost every stand!
