As you can imagine, the casual Italian spot features mozzarella, with 4 kinds available (Bufala Classica, Bufala Affumicata, Burrata, Burrata al Tartufo) along with a very robust Italian menu (everything from small plates, to antipasti, to insalate, to pizze to hearty entrees such as Bone-in Breaded Veal Cutlet. The mozzarella is reportedly flown in from Campania, Italy.
