Portfolio Restaurant Closed?

Portfolio Restaurant in the Flatiron (4 West 19th Street) is covered up and closed (see photo).
A sign says “Opening Again Soon”, but there is no further info and their phone line rings without answer.
Anyone know what the situation is? Will they truly be coming back?
It has been there at least 8 years and the same block is home to neighborhood favorites Boqueria and Sala.
