The latest culinary addition to the neighborhood, Gravy, will open Saturday April 30th at 32 East 21st Street in the Flatiron.

The restaurant concept is “an urban take on southern cooking that brings sophistication to the style”. It’s the work of Kenneth Halberg and Andrew Barnett and Chef Michael Vignola (formerly of Strip House and Michael Jordan’s Steak House).

Here is the Gravy Menu, which features dishes like Scallops & Honey Grits, Corn Flake Crusted Chicken (stuffed with andouille sausage and cheddar), Louisiana Crawfish Gumbo Fritters, and Blackened King Crab Legs (with Tasso ham).

You can book a table now on Opentable.
