We like to stop by No. 7 Sub (1188 Broadway between 28th and 29th Street) every once in a while to check out their current menu of eclectic subs. This week we tried the No. 7 Club sandwich, which of course has the No. 7 sub spin on the traditional resort/country club lunch item. At No. 7, they start with turkey, ham, and tomatoes (sounds pretty standard so far right?) but then they add jalapeno mayo, BBQ potato chips, and Pico De Lettuce. It’s basically a ham and turkey sandwich with a little kick, on top of the perfect sub sandwich bread that is a huge hit at No. 7. It is pricey at $13, but can almost be shared by two people (i.e. it’s pretty big).

As a kid I loved throwing chips into my sandwich for that extra flavor and crunch, and that still holds true as an adult, so it’s great to see that chips can always be found in at least one of the sandwiches on the No. 7 Sub menu.

If you have not been up to No. 7 Sub, you have to check it out. Here is the full current No. 7 Sub menu: http://no7sub.com/ace-menu.html.
