Valentine’s Day menu at Boqueria

(We will be featuring special Valentine’s Day menus at Madison Square Park and Flatiron restaurants for the next week.)
Boqueria (53 West 19th St) will feature a special menu for Valentine’s Day where for $75 per person you will get a cava toast and the following tasting menu:
- Bonito Tartar Bonito, mango and avocado tartar, yogurt-caviar
- Pimientos de Padrón Blistered Shishito peppers, coarse sea salt
- Dátiles y Beicon Dates wrapped in bacon, stuffed with Valdeón cheese and Marcona almonds
- Espinacas a la Catalana Sautéed spinach, garbanzos, pine nuts, garlic, raisins
- Almejas a la Plancha Manila clams a la plancha, garlic and parsley sauce
- Lubina a la Plancha Grilled Seabass, local vegetables, pistachio-citrus vinaigrette, sherry-sesame reduction
- Costilla de Buey Braised short ribs, apricots, thyme croutons
- Sopa Refrescante Lychee soup, fennel granité, diced apple, lemon sorbet, almond crumble
- Tarta de chocolate Chocolate tart, basil ice cream
