241 5th Avenue plans switching from prospective hotel to condos

According to the Wall Street Journal, the 4-story building at 241 5th Avenue (between 27th and 28th street) just north of Madison Square Park will no longer become a 100-room hotel, but rather a 20-story condo building with approximately 48 units.
