It seems even even in questionable economic times the American Dream lives on just East of Madison Square Park at the American Dream Bed & Breakfast.
From the photo, this B&B hostel at 168 East 24th street might be under-reaching the dream a bit, but Yelpers give it 4.5 stars (ok there are only 2 reviews) and TripAdvisor gives it 3 stars (of 5).
But hey the price is hard to beat at $52 in the middle of a great neighborhood!
