Fashion 26 Hotel sells for $120 Million in the Madison Square Park area

The recently re-branded Fashion 26 Hotel (152 West 26th Street between 6th and 7th avenue) was just sold to a real estate investment firm for $120 million, reports the Real Deal.
You may recall that the hotel opened under its current name in April of this year.
