The New York Times just published a glowing piece on the resurgence of the Madison Square Park neighborhood as part of their ‘Living Around’ series.

Here is an excerpt: “Once “the great divide” between the desirable Flatiron district and the wholesale district to the north, the park “has now become the great anchor” for both areas, said Vicki Musso, a Corcoran senior vice president who has lived on 22nd Street since 1986.
