Asellina (420 Park Avenue South): $4 beers, $5 wines, $9 small plates from 4-7pm daily

Beecher’s Handmade Cheese (900 Broadway at 20th Street): $5 wine, $6 infused cocktails, and $7 food (‘world’s best’ mac ‘n cheese; wedge salad with hazelnuts, tomato, and blue cheese;  Caesar salad; or a Beecher’s cheese plate). It runs from 5-7pm daily.

Ben & Jack’s Steakhouse (255 5th Avenue): Glass of wine (6.50), beer (from $4.95) and cocktails ($7.50), martini ($8.50). Daily from 4-7pm.

Birch Coffee (7 East 27th Street): House red and white wine are $5 each, PBRs are $2.50 and drafts are $5. 7 days a week from 5 pm to close.

Cibar (56 Irving Place): Berry Sangria $8 (Blackberries, strawberries and Raspberries marinated in cognac and Gran Marnier), Dark & Stormy $12 (Goslings Black Seal, ginger beer and fresh lime), Rose Cuvee Benjamin 2010 $8/glass, Viognier Pie de Palo 2010 $8/glass

Dewey’s Flatiron (210 5th Avenue at 25th Street): $4 Corona and Bud Light, $5 well drinks and margaritas. Monday-Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm. Also, friday and Saturday night from 9pm-midnight, 3 hours OPEN BAR for $25 (beer, wine, well drinks).

The Flatiron Room (37 West 26th Street): All wines $8; All signature drinks $10; Amstel, Anchor, Porter, Brooklyn Pilsner, Hefe-Weizen, Bruxelles $6; Belhaven Scottish Ale, Wee Heavy, Black Stout $8; Flatbread Specials during happy hour include Margarita: Basil, Marinara, roasted garlic, fresh mozzarella $7; Wild Mushroom: Fresh mozzarella, crimini mushroom, pecorino tartufo $9; Bianca: fresh mozzarella, ricotta, capers, roasted red peppers, lemon zest $9; Flatiron: House seasoned sausage, shallot, roasted red peppers, asparagus $11; The pig and fig: prosciutto, black mission fig, arugula $12. Hill Country Barbecue Market (30 W. 26th Street): $5 Well Drinks, $2 Well Shots, $5 Margaritas, a Bucket of Lone Star for $20, and 2 for 1 PBRs at $4. Daily from 3pm-6pm and 10pm-1am. Also every Tuesday, 2 for 1 Specialty Cocktails from 5pm-10pm. And Wednesdays Pitchers of Margaritas and Sangria are $20, and Cosmos, Lemon Drops, Fresh Watermelon Martinis, and Chocolate Cherry Martini are $5.

Hog Pit (37 West 26th Street): $1.00 off drinks from 5 pm to 8 pm daily. $5.00 Margaritas on Wednesday Ladies Night, $2.00 Jello Shots all the time.

ilili (236 5th Avenue): $5 beer, $7 wine and cocktails including the St Germain Cocktail (cava, elderflower liqueur), the Sumac Margarita (tequilla, orange liqueur, pomegranate, lime) and the Fro0m Beirut with Passion (basil, cilantro, mint infused vodka, sparkling passion fruit) and more. Plus a selection of bites from $4-9. Daily from 5:30pm-7:30pm.

John Dory Oyster Bar (1196 Broadway @29th Street in the Ace Hotel): $15 for six oysters and a glass of sparkling Cava or a John Dory Oyster Stout. 5-7pm and midnight-2am every day.

Les Halles (411 Park Avenue South): Every Monday, 50 wines, reduced by 50%.

Live Bait (14 East 23rd Street): $5 for a half dozen oysters or peel and eat shrimp or clams. $5 wine or pints of beer. From 4-6:30pm daily.

Magia Osteria Italiana (27 East 23rd Street): Weekdays from 5pm-9pm and features select wines for $5/glass as well as $5.00 Peroni & Moretti beers.

Maialino (2 Lexington Avenue between 21st and 22nd street): $5 beers, $5 Roman Shandy (beer based summery cocktail), $2 meatballs, $2 pizza squares.

Millesime (92 Madison Avenue at 29th Street in the Carlton hotel): $1 Oyster, $6 beers, $10 specialty cocktails, $8 wine weekdays from 5:30pm-8pm.

Pranna (79 Madison Avenue @ 28th Street):  $5 Draught Beer + Naan, $6 Bottle Beer, $7 Red/White Wine, $8 Featured Signature Cocktail, $9 Well Drinks (All-Night). 4pm – 8pm daily.

PS 450 (450 Park Avenue South): Absolut Vodka drinks, pinot grigio and cocktails from $4-$7. Daily from 4-8pm.

Raymi (43 West 24th Street): Beers are $4, wine and sangria is $6, and cocktails are $8, plus they have a selection of bites (empanadas, spring rolls, steak/chicken/shrimp anticuchos, ceviche, etc) that run 2 for $5. Monday through Friday from 5-7pm, Tuesday all night.

Rodeo bar (375 3rd Avenue): $6.00 Lime and Strawberry Margarita’s, $4.00 Draft Beer Specials, and $4.00 wine specials. Recession Special (A can of PBR and shot of House Whiskey) for $ 7.00 all the time. Daily from from 4pm till 9pm.

San Rocco (37 West 24th Street): A selection of free hors d’oeuvres from 6-8pm. Drinks are the same price.

Shorty’s Authentic Philly Steaks & Sandwiches (66 Madison between 27th and 28th streets): A Beer & A Cheesesteak for $12 from noon-7pm weekdays.

Slate (54 West 21st street): $4 domestic beers and well drinks, $5 wine, $6 house martinis. Weekdays from 5-8pm. Also 12-3pm weekedays, free lunch with purchase an hour of pool for $8.

SPiN (48 East 23rd Street): Happy Hour every weekday from 5pm – 7pm and get 2 for 1 beer, wine and cocktails.

Sushi Samba (245 Park Avenue South): Sake and wine $8; Sapporo and Sapporo light $5; Mojitos, Caipirinha, Pisco, Chcumber all $8.
