Alison Eighteen restaurant opens Tuesday January 31st in the Flatiron

Alison Price Becker will be opening a new restaurant called Alison Eighteen in the Flatiron (15 West 18th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue) on Tuesday January 31st. Previously she had Alison on Dominick Street, as well as restaurants in the Hamptons. (She was also a film, theatre, and tv actress in the 1980′s.)  Head chef will be Robert Gurvich, who was also her chef at Alison on Dominick Street.

The menu appears to be new straightforward American cuisine with elements of Italian and French flavors. You can reserve a table now at www.opentable.com/alison-eighteen-reservations-new-york.

Here is a preview of the Alison 18 menu, although we are hoping to get the current most up-to-date menu later today:
