Judging by the page views on Jenifer Aniston’s potential condo purchase in the neighborhood, I thought many of you would like to know that the New York Post reports that actors Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively were in our neighborhood checking out a 3 bedroom penthouse condo unit on Madison Square Park at the Grand Madison (225 5th Avenue @ 26th Street).
