There is a coffee map and a list of some of the best places for takeaway coffee including Cafe Grumpy (in Chelsea), Cafe Medina, wichcraft, and the upcoming Stumptown in the Ace Hotel. Ok, so it’s a little west of the Madison Square Park and Flatiron areas, but Cafe Grumpy (224 West 20th Street between 7th/8th Ave) is worth the walk when you have an extra 10 minutes or so. Each coffee is made on the spot one cup at a time using a Clover machine. READ MORE & SEE PHOTOS HERE

Our sources say both the Breslin Restaurant and Stumptown Coffee will not open until ‘late August’ in the Ace Hotel on 29th Street.
