Today, Groupon has a deal at Jezalin’s, a great little gourmet shop in the Limelight Marketplace (the old church at 6th Avenue and 20th street) where a voucher you buy for $5 gets you $10 of sandwiches, salads, side salads, soups, or drinks.

We LOVE the Taste of Milan sandwich (photo above right), a simple combination of thinly sliced salami, provolone cheese, and roasted peppers on a fresh baguette . It’s a perfect quick and tasty lunch if you are in the area.

Jezalin’s is tucked in the back and features really good sandwiches, salads, and gourmet products and cheeses.

In the back of the lower level of the Limelight Marketplace (6th Avenue and 20th Street), a small gourmet shop called Jezalin’s offers up artisinal bread, cheeses, desserts, specialty seasonings and sauces as well as a nice menu of takeaway salads and sandwiches.

This is the first physical store for Jezalin’s, but they previously have operated (and still run) an online gourmet website, www.Jezalins.com.

At the store location they make over 15 special sandwiches as well five ‘Grab & Go’ ready-made sandwiches.
