One Madison Park Condos: Construction Status?

One Madison Park is the ambitious 60 floor new development on the south side of Madison Square Park which commanded record-level contracts for New York City downtown real estate when contracts were signed a couple years back. Celebrities such as Liev Schreiber/Naomi Watts and Tim Robbins/Susan Sarandon have reportedly bought apartments in the building. A recent article in the New York Times pinned the first closings to start in May, but it appears from this photo from today that construction continues.
